At 10.08am, Thai stocks opened down 0.76% at the start of trade this morning. The Stock Exchange of Thailand main index opened at 1,481.47 points, down 11.41 points from Friday’s close. The trade value was 3.5 billion baht, with 910 million shares traded. The SET50 index opened at 942.70 points, down 9.03 points, or 0.95%, with a total trade value of 2.15 billion baht. The MAI index went down 3.25 points or 0.58% to stand at 55.34 points, with total transaction value of 160.18 million baht.
